HCSWD

Since launching our Healthcare Support Worker Development (HCSWD) programme Incentive, we've been closely following the journeys of our workers. From completing their conflict management training to graduation, HCSWD recognises and rewards individuals at various stages of their path to becoming a Healthcare Support Worker in the NHS.

Sally (left) and Bethany (middle) are currently completing their HCSWD training at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, while Gladys (right) is completing her HCSWD at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. They have all been presented with a bespoke water bottle and card to congratulate them for completing their Conflict Management Training.

And a special shout out to Bethany for securing herself a permanent role upon completion of the programme!
