Healthcare Support Worker Development (HCSWD) programme Incentive

We recently launched our Healthcare Support Worker Development (HCSWD) programme incentive, which rewards those on our HCSWD programme at different stages throughout their training on their journey to becoming a Healthcare Support Worker in the NHS.

Silvia Amico is currently completing her HCSWD training at Worcester City Inpatient Unit, Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.

Her Mentor, Karen Marshall presented Silvia with a bespoke water bottle and card to congratulate her for completing her Conflict Management Training. Congratulations Silvia!
