Throughout August, we want you to share what the most rewarding part of your role is. From patient care, to supporting your colleagues, your contributions to our NHS are vital, and we want to know what it is that you love about your roles.

Susan, a Midwife from West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust says the most rewarding part for her is “seeing the joy of the journey itself, the joy of seeing life coming in to its full term.”
