HCSWD Graduation

JULY 24 HCSWD Graduation

Congratulations to all our members who have graduated from our HCSWD Programme.

Did you know...through the Healthcare Support Worker Development (HCSWD) programme, our members gain hands on experience to become a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker. This programme has already successfully launched thousands of healthcare careers with the NHS.

We would like to congratulate everyone who has recently graduated from the HCSWD programme. Your hard work and dedication is valued and appreciated.

We look forward to seeing what you do next!

See below some lovely words our Graduates had to share:

"The team spirit is mind blowing. I achieve so much working with my Ward Manager and all my colleagues, with their support and love. I simply love the smile and gratitude on my patients face when they are discharged to go back home or various care homes. It’s so fulfilling that I was part of their journey to wellness." Peter Okeyinka from Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust

"The ward staff provided full support during the programme, and they were very friendly .I am seeking to advance my career in Healthcare, and the HCSWD programme has enabled me to follow this path." Paulinus Uwah from Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust
