Best Practice for Short Notice Cancellations

We understand there will be times that you are unable to attend a shift and we want to take this opportunity to remind you about best practice if you do need to cancel.

Providing as much notice as possible allows more time for a shift to be filled by another Bank Member, however, if you do need to cancel a shift within 24hrs of the start time, contacting the ward or department to let them know you are unable to attend would be appreciated. This includes areas within community sites, as well as the wards at the Trust you are working at.

Thank you for your continued support.
