Care Certificate Day 2023

On Tuesday 5th December, we celebrated Care Certificate Day. This gave us the opportunity to highlight and congratulate those who have graduated and those still working towards completing the Healthcare Support Worker Development (HCSWD) programme. 

The Care Certificate is a nationally recognised certificate and has equipped thousands of graduates with the knowledge and skills required to begin a career in the NHS. Attaining a Care Certificate takes time and dedication, so we wanted to congratulate everyone who has graduated for such an incredible achievement. 

As an extra thank you, we selected 20 Bank Members at random who have graduated from the HCSWD programme and continue to work on the Bank, to receive a £25 Amazon e-voucher each. 

To our graduates and those currently taking part in the programme, thank you for your continued hard work and dedication. You make a significant difference to your patients, your Trust, and the NHS.
