Congratulations to all the candidates who have recently passed their Conflict Management Training (CMT) as part of our HCSWD Programme. This Training is a huge milestone and a critical part of the programme that takes the candidates one step closer to graduating.

Within the Healthcare Support Worker Development (HCSWD) programme, you learn on the job to become a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker.

The HCSWD programme have effectively helped thousands start their healthcare career with the NHS, with some continuing their journey by studying to become Nurses outside of the programme, utilising support from their local NHS Trusts.
