Christmas & New Year Bank Holiday Timesheets

Due to the Christmas & New Year bank holidays, we have made a number of changes to the timesheet release dates to avoid any disruption to your usual payment dates. 

Please make sure you claim and authorise your timesheets by midnight on the dates detailed below to ensure you are paid on time. 

We have also communicated with all our partner NHS Trusts to ensure they are aware of the changes that have been made. 

Please familiarise yourself with the adjusted dates 

Pay Date - Friday 27th December 2024. 
Timesheets must be claimed and authorised by midnight Tuesday 17th December 2024. 

Pay Date - Friday 3rd January 2025. 
Timesheets must be claimed and authorised by midnight Monday 23rd December 2024.
