RCOT Annual Conference

We were honoured to be the official job board sponsor of RCOT's Annual Conference this year, showcasing the wide variety of opportunities available for Occupational Therapists.

The RCOT Annual Conference is a showcase for occupational therapy, bringing together members and non-members from across the profession.

The themes for Annual Conference 2023 were: 

• Breaking through – the impact of occupational therapy and how it contributes towards achieving health equity.
• Growing primary care – the value and impact of your role in primary care.
• Moving forward: workforce innovation and diversification – the innovation, recruitment, retention and diversification of the workforce.
• Supporting wellbeing and resilience – how to support yourself and colleagues to maintain wellbeing and good mental health in difficult times.

NHS Professionals currently has Occupational Therapists at 16 of our partner Trusts and we are proud to support the important work that RCOT do to raise the profile of occupational therapy.
