Are your details up to date?

When did you last check your personal details in My:Bank?  As we move towards the summer and some exciting new initiatives, we want to ensure that we hold the correct details for each of our Bank Members!

Perhaps you’ve relatively recently moved house, changed your name or switched bank accounts. Maybe you recently got a new email address or decided that you would like to change your preferences for SMS messages from us.

If so, we’d like to know about it!

Updating your details couldn’t be easier.

Log into My:Bank using your usual user name and password and look for ‘My Profile’.

If you use a desktop computer you will find ‘My Profile’ in your navigation bar:

If you use a mobile browser, tap on the three lines in the top left hand corner of your display, and then on ‘My Profile’

Once you’re in the ‘My Profile’ section, you’ll be able to see all of the information that we hold for you.

Please note, we are currently improving how we record important information (such as gender) in our systems.  Look out for these improvements in the coming months!

What now?

If anything in the top section of the page (‘General Information’, ‘NHSP Registration Information’ or ‘Trusts’) is incorrect, please follow this link to find out what you need to do now.

On the bottom of the page, you can see a range of other options which you can edit yourself.  These include ‘Email’, ‘Home Phone’, ‘Emergency Contact’ and more.  Simply click the link at the bottom of each box you want to update, for example:
