What does the NHS mean to you? Non-clinical winner

In the last edition of the Digest, we asked you to fill in a short survey telling us what the NHS means to you. Everyone that responded had the chance to win one of 5, £20 Amazon e-Vouchers. 

We are pleased to share the winning entry from our Non-clinical staff group:

“I have worked in the NHS for over 15 years, and I am proud to. Due to staff shortages affecting the health and wellbeing of staff and patients, I joined NHSP and pick up weekend shifts when available.  

Admin staff are crucial to the smooth running of the wards, I work to make it easier for nurses and healthcare professionals. I deal with all telephone calls from relatives and take on the admin duties to allow them to give more individual care.”
